		<description>I gotta agree that the CC may be worse than the BCC.  When someone CC&#039;s their (or, less often) your boss, you end up feeling obligated to respond and CC whomever they didn&#039;t.  And, by respond I mean respond in kind in order to defend yourself.  It can quickly lead to a ridiculous amount of email and way to many people involved in the airing of dirty laundry.

Personally, as soon as I sense a sly BCC or overt CC, I take the conversation offline and engage directly.  Email trails are counter-active at that point.</description>

		<description>Great point. I think email in general is a great way to communicate with someone in a non-intrusive way, but let&#039;s be honest, it is so easy to misuse. So many communications would be better as a phone call or in person.</description>
